We remind the public that the deadline for comment submittal is April 15, 2004. Again, the purpose of these comments is a means for the public to provide invaluable input to the Corps on the scope (or range) of the issues to be addressed during the development of the EIS. We encourage your participation as the involvement of the public is integral to the success of this EIS.
