The Corps wants you to be involved throughout the NEPA process. We
propose to use this website, www.porteis.com, to keep you informed and get your
input. Please let us know at the Public Scoping Meeting, and/or in your written
comments, any other methods by which you prefer to obtain information and
provide input during the process.
The project website provides information and updates throughout the NEPA
Process, including answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs),
descriptions of the proposed project, explanation of terminology, project
status, project schedule, meeting announcements, directions to meeting
locations and an overview of the NEPA process. Visitors to the website will
also be able to register for the project mailing list, sign up for an email
notification system, and submit comments via a standard comment form.
